Shipping policy

1. General Shipping Information
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
All orders are processed and fulfilled by OverGloss Auto LLC and our trusted third-party logistics (3PL) partner.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it ships, including tracking details.
2. Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after purchase.
Processing times may be longer during product launches, holidays, or promotions.
If your order contains multiple items, they may ship in separate packages depending on warehouse availability.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and destination.
Tracking: You’ll get a tracking email once your order ships.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Restricted and Hazardous Materials
Some OverGloss Auto products contain chemical cleaning or coating agents classified as hazardous materials under the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) guidelines.
As a result:
Certain items cannot be shipped by air and may require ground shipping only.
Shipping to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations may not be available for these products.
We comply with all federal and carrier labeling and packaging regulations for safety.
If an order cannot be shipped due to a restricted item or destination, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order leaves our facility.
If you have not received your tracking email after 5 business days, please contact support@overglossauto.com with your order number.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it:
Check your mailbox, neighbors, and building management first.
Wait 24–48 hours in case the carrier updates status prematurely.
If still missing, contact support@overglossauto.com and we’ll assist with a carrier investigation.
If your package arrives damaged or leaking, please provide photos of the box, label, and product within 48 hours of delivery so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address causes a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
Please review your address carefully before completing checkout.
8. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If you purchase a pre-order or back-ordered item, your order will ship once the item becomes available.
We’ll keep you updated by email if your order is delayed beyond the estimated ship date.
